Welcome to DaTerapia. Accessing and using the website psicologo-online.pt and the appointment and teleconsultation services implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Purpose and scope. DaTerapia provides a digital platform for booking psychology appointments, account management, transactional communications, and billing. Clinical services are provided by psychologists registered with the OPP (Order of Portuguese Psychologists). The website is intended for individuals over 18 years of age; access by minors requires valid consent from the holder of parental responsibilities.

Account creation and information accuracy. By registering, you declare that the information provided is true, complete, and up-to-date, and you agree to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity performed using your credentials.

Hiring and scheduling process. The hiring process includes selecting the service and the psychologist, choosing a date and time, providing identification/contact information, accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and confirming the appointment. You will receive confirmation by email/SMS. For services paid in advance, the hiring is only considered complete after payment confirmation.

Prices, taxes and invoicing. Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes. If necessary, a tax identification number (NIF) and address may be requested for invoicing/receipt purposes. No-show or cancellation fees may apply, as per the Cancellation Policy.

User conduct. You agree to use the service responsibly and to refrain from actions that may affect the security, integrity, or availability of the platform, or violate the rights of third parties. Attempted intrusion, reverse engineering, mass scraping, and misuse are prohibited.

Teleconsultation and limitations. Teleconsultation requires a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and a private environment. Consultations do not replace emergency care. In a crisis situation, contact 112 or go to the emergency room.

Intellectual property rights. The website content (texts, layout, brand) is owned by DaTerapia or licensed to it. Use outside the permitted scope requires prior written authorization.

Suspension and Termination. DaTerapia may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or security reasons. Whenever possible, prior notice will be given.

Guarantees and liability. The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. DaTerapia is not liable for unavailability due to reasons beyond its control or for indirect losses. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

Links to third parties. There may be references to third-party services. Each third party is responsible for its own terms and policies.

Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes, indicating the effective date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Law and jurisdiction. Portuguese law applies. In the event of a dispute with consumers, the court of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to ADR mechanisms identified on the website.
